It all starts in
1921

Pisquera Aba was founded in 1921 by Alberto Aguirre Taborga after purchasing the property called Fundo San Juan in El Arenal, located close to the town of Vicuña. The first Pisco produced by Mr. Aguirre Taborga arrived in the market with his own brand.

The tradition continues

His son, Juan Antonio Aguirre Cortés continued with the tradition and later, his grandson, Alejandro Aguirre Basulto takes over together with his wife Blanca Bustos. It was only then, when Pisquera Aba started exporting and developing new brands as we know them today. Since 2018, Blanca Bustos has incorporated two new partners; Jorge de la Barra and Gerardo Pérez-Cotapos. As a team, the three of them have successfully developed our brands in Chile and are now focused in expanding to markets around the world
